Skipping an individual delivery also does not reset the counter. The skipped delivery simply does not count as a qualifying Mystery PACK because no PACK was successfully paid for and fulfilled.
This gives subscribers the flexibility to take a break without losing the progress already earned.
What happens when you cancel?
Cancelling ends the active subscription and stops future recurring orders that have not already been created or charged.
It also resets the subscription loyalty counter to zero. Any progress accumulated through that subscription is lost when the subscription is cancelled.
If you later create a new subscription using the same account, email address or payment method, the new subscription begins with a new counter at zero.
This distinction is worth remembering:
- Pause: reward progress is retained.
- Skip: reward progress is retained, but the skipped delivery does not count.
- Cancel: reward progress is reset to zero.
How the 10-PACK subscription reward works
Eligible active kitpacks subscriptions participate in the subscription loyalty programme.
After 10 qualifying Mystery PACKS have been successfully paid for and fulfilled through the same uninterrupted subscription, the next scheduled delivery includes two Mystery PACKS instead of one, subject to the subscription conditions and product availability.
In other words, the reward delivery contains the normal scheduled PACK plus one additional PACK.
Only successfully paid and fulfilled Mystery PACKS count towards the reward. The following do not count and may be removed from the counter:
- cancelled orders,
- unpaid or failed subscription orders,
- refunded orders,
- returned orders, and
- orders subject to a successful payment dispute or chargeback.
The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, store credit or another benefit.
Can you change your shirt size?
Available subscription changes are shown in the customer account.
Depending on the subscription configuration, you may be able to update the shirt size, delivery frequency, address, payment method or other available options.
Make changes before the next billing cut-off. Once an upcoming order has already been created, charged or processed, a change to the subscription may only affect later deliveries.
It is particularly important to update the delivery address before moving. Changing an address after a parcel has entered fulfilment may no longer be possible.
