A kitpack is a sealed PACK with a real football shirt inside. You pick the PACK and your size, the shirt itself stays a surprise until you open it. Every shirt comes from a real club, national team, official retailer, recognised brand or licensed supplier.

No, that is the whole point of a mystery PACK. What you can do is rule out teams you do not want. Everything else stays a surprise.

On the PACK page you open the team picker and search for the clubs or nations you would rather not receive. The picker shows how many you can select. We will never send a shirt from a team you ruled out, and your choice is stored with that PACK, so two PACKS in one order can have completely different exclusions.

Yes. Every shirt is an original, officially licensed football shirt, never a counterfeit, unlicensed or unofficial fan product. Each one is checked by hand before it ships: brand, label, badge, sponsor, print quality and overall condition. The full standard is on our authenticity page.

Yes. Every signature included in an ELITE PACK is genuine and comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA).

Some of our trusted partners, including ICONS.com, occasionally use official reproduction shirts for signed memorabilia. This allows them to continue offering signatures from players whose original match or retail shirts are no longer available in sufficient quantities.

These are not counterfeit shirts. They are officially produced reproduction shirts created in collaboration with the official kit manufacturers specifically for memorabilia purposes.

We have no influence over whether a player signed an original retail shirt or an official reproduction shirt. This decision is made by our memorabilia partners at the time of signing. Regardless of the shirt used, every autograph is genuine, authenticated, and supplied with an official certificate of authenticity (COA).

Yes, and the price per PACK drops as you add more. Each PACK keeps its own size and its own excluded teams and carries its own number in the cart, so nothing gets mixed up.

Order the size you normally wear. We benchmark our PACKS against a standard European football shirt fit from major brands, so a Medium should wear like a Medium even if the label or brand is different. The full detail sits in the size guide.

When we know a shirt runs small, we deliberately select the next size up so the actual fit matches the size you ordered. The label may therefore show a different size than expected. If that applies to your order, we include a short note in the package explaining why.

Often yes. Football shirts are made for the pitch and sit closer to the body than a regular T-shirt or hoodie. If you like a classic matchday fit, take your usual size. If you prefer a relaxed, streetwear style fit, order one size up.

Two checks usually settle it. Look at a football shirt or T-shirt the person wears often and use that label as your guide, and if they sit between two sizes or are still growing, go with the larger one. For kids we generally recommend one size up.

The methods available to you depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Whatever you pick, the payment runs inside the encrypted Shopify checkout and we never see your card details. More on that on our payments and security page.

For a single order the payment is taken as soon as you confirm the checkout. For a subscription the first payment is taken at checkout and every following payment on the same day of your cycle.

You get a new PACK on a fixed cycle at a permanent discount, billed automatically with the payment method you chose at checkout. A reminder reaches your inbox before every renewal, so a charge is never a surprise.

Any time, in your account. Changes take effect from the next cycle, there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

If your PACK has not shipped yet, write to us immediately and we will do what we can, including a wrong address. Once the carrier has the parcel the address can no longer be changed by us, but it can often be redirected through the carrier's own service.

PACKS are dispatched within 24 hours and shipped fully tracked. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on where you are. We ship worldwide.

It goes out with the shipping confirmation the moment your PACK leaves our warehouse. You can also look it up any time on the tracking page or in your account.

Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein travel in two stages. The first tracking number covers the leg to our export partner in Konstanz and will show as delivered once the parcel arrives there. Customs export then starts and you receive a second tracking number for the delivery to your address.

Orders to the UK, the USA, Switzerland and Liechtenstein ship DDP, so all customs charges and import duties are already settled at checkout and nothing is collected on delivery. Inside the EU, VAT is included and no duties apply. For other destinations your country can add local import charges on arrival.

Every order is covered by our buyer protection. If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will make it right. Every PACK is a genuine surprise, so we cannot guarantee a specific shirt or team, that is the point. For the full conditions see our returns policy.
